Business Strategy
In general, every business organization analysis involves an evaluation of present business activities in light of the company’s stated objectives or mission. Our job is not to define a company’s mission or business strategy, but rather to help management evaluate how effectively it is implementing its business strategy. Our goal is to determine where organizational inefficiencies, inadequate business processes, or technology problems are derailing business strategy and, more importantly, what should be done to fix it.
Our goal is to help business managers determine:
♦ Optimal strengths of the organization♦ How well the company is utilizing staff resources ♦ Inefficiencies in business processes ♦ Whether the
business' technology infrastructure adequately supports company's operational
needs ♦ What organizational factors are impeding implementation of the company's business
strategy ♦ What
can be changed to improve the company's current business operations ♦
How each
of the above factors may affect the company's bottom line
