After beginning his career in a thirteen-year successful clinical psychology practice, President Scott Voss migrated to the entrepreneurial business sector. He owned several manufacturing firms during the 1990's until accepting a position as President with eNucleus, Inc., a publicly traded application hosting provider. On his departure from eNucleus, Inc., Dr. Voss established Smarter Technology as a information technology firm to address the technology and business practice needs of small to medium size businesses. He is an excellent business strategist who brings a unique grasp of operational processes, information technology and the ability to manage change in a business environment.

Vice President. David Hodges came to Smarter Technology with 27 years experience in operations and senior management. Prior to joining the Company, he was Chief Information Officer of Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Chicago, CIO for Cancer Treatment Centers of America, CIO at APAC TeleServices, and President/CEO of Strategic Business Group. During his time with SBG, he established a world-class business consulting group that specialized in assisting mid-sized organizations to increase efficiencies in order to increase profitability. He developed this company into one of the fastest growing consulting service organizations specializing in home infusion healthcare. Mr. Hodges' career began at AT&T Bell Labs as a Data Marketing Director after his honorable discharge from the US Marine Corp.
